Is it over? Did I waste my puberty years?

I’m 15 (turning 16 in December) and have some serious concerns about my puberty and development. I don’t know exactly when I started puberty, but here’s what I do know:
• Around 10-11, I started growing pubic hair.
• Around 13, I noticed my voice getting deeper, I got taller, and I started growing armpit hair.

My biggest concern is whether I have finished puberty or if I still have time to grow and develop.

My Background:

For most of my childhood, I lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. I stayed inside all day, played video games, ate a lot of fast food (since that’s what my parents provided), and barely got any sunlight or exercise.

By 8th grade, I weighed 240 lbs, the heaviest I’ve ever been. But once I started high school, I naturally lost weight just by walking to school and around campus. By the end of 9th grade, I was down to 180 lbs.

Last summer, I got really interested in self-improvement and looksmaxing. I started:
• Walking 10,000 steps a day
• Going to the gym every day (or at least trying)
• Focusing on my appearance and health

I eventually got down to 170 lbs, but the problem was that I wasn’t eating much. Some days, I skipped breakfast and lunch because I didn’t have healthy food available. I barely had any muscle, so my body still looked soft rather than fit.

My Concerns:

Now, I’m worried that I wasted my puberty years by being overweight, inactive, and eating poorly. My biggest concerns are:
1. Am I still in puberty, or is it too late?
2. Can I still grow taller? (Is there a way to boost my HGH and IGF levels?) all my hormones maxed out)
3. Can I still develop my bone structure? (Jawline, facial symmetry, etc.)
4. Can I still gain muscle and build an athletic body? (What should I do in puberty to get taller while getting jacked)
5. Did my unhealthy childhood lower my testosterone levels? Can I still raise them naturally?
6. Will my penis grow more, or am I done developing? (It has grown, but not to my ideal size—currently around 4-5 inches.)

My Plan for This Summer:

This summer, I want to maximize my potential by:
• Going back to the gym consistently
• Walking 10,000+ steps a day
• Using saunas and doing sprints
• Eating well (once I get a job and can buy my own food)
• Doing facial massages to improve my jawline and bone structure
• Overall, becoming the best version of myself

Did I ruin my puberty years, or do I still have time to grow, develop, and reach my full potential? I’d really appreciate any advice.
I’m tryna become a chad looksmaxer join bp fr.

you've essentially passed the critical years of development. You do have some years left of development that is important but not as important as the beginning of your adolescence. You can think of it as laying the foundation in the earlier years while the following later stages refine the edges.

Meaning, you won't reach the best version of yourself since you didn't have a perfect start, you're fucked but not entirely fucked. A minority of peoples puberty extends well into their twenties. Your best bet is to live the best you can now and cross ur fingers ur genes respond to it. You still have potential and effort still means something at that age.

1. You are likely ending puberty
2. Yes, and the thing is you will grow taller because you are only two years away from puberty. I for example started puberty at 16, and by the time I was 18 I was 6'1, now, eight monthes later I am 6'2 and I might get an inch more so if you have good habits you can expect 1-2 inches more.
3. Yes. You're young, you will probably develop your bone structure either way but if you focus on tesmaxing naturally and having good habits (proper posture, chewing, swallowing etc) you will likely develop at least a bit.
4. Yes you can, but for now don't lift too heavy weights because that may stunt your growth. Testmax by eating well, doing sports, getting sun exposure, being active, staying away from processed foods and endocrine disruptors and once you're 17 or so you can start lifting heavy weights to really pump that testosterone up and gymmax. Also, don't starvemax until you're 19 or so because by doing so you will be cutting essential ingredients that will help you grow taller and develop a more masculine bone structure. Honestly, don't ever starvemax and leave leanmaxxing for the future. For now don't stress over getting hollow cheeks, stress over getting prominent cheekbones and once you got the bones you can leanmax to show them.
5. I'm not gonna lie to you, your test levels shouldn't be your main concern as again you are young and can raise them. What should be your concern is your maxilar development and overally everything that could have been influenced by bad habits that you had in your childhood.
6. Depends on everybody. For every 30lbs of bodyfat you loose, you will gain an inch in your penis. You are 15, you could expect an inch more, but anything beyond that is unrealistic. I can't tell because in my own experience I was a very late bloomer, so at 15 I still had a 2 incher, and it did grow a bit but bcs of puberty. Now I have a 2.01 incher tho.
