how can i transcend my nurturing. i have this need to become the best. as we all may do. however i come from nothing. and at the age of 18 the fundamental growth and plasticity of my brain is all but done. i fear that i cannot achieve ascension, both body and soul. for instance years of neglect withdrew vital information from me, of both the arts and the human condition. i don't know how to be, and how to become. is there any cure? has anyone overcome this? perhaps its retarded to ask a forum of retarded vanity, but surely there's someone here that can ease my angst.
