I’m 16 years old and I’m approaching this topic from a long-term, health-focused perspective rather than chasing short-term results. I’ve been researching HGH and GHRPs and, purely on a theoretical level, I’ve considered whether a limited use period of around 4–6 months would make any sense. That said, I haven’t taken anything and I’m genuinely undecided.
What I’m trying to understand is whether this is fundamentally a bad idea at my age due to ongoing development, or if the risks are sometimes overstated. More importantly, if someone were to stop completely after such a period, is there solid evidence that the hormonal axis and immune function can fully recover over time, or is there a realistic risk of lasting dysregulation or suppression?
I’m not interested in reckless experimentation or anecdotal hype. I’m specifically looking for grounded, medically informed perspectives on long-term consequences in adolescents, including risks that may not be immediately noticeable. Any thoughtful input focused on health and long-term outcomes would be appreciated.
