I work as a math tutor
I work for a company and can plan my own schedule, etc., but the staff monitors the quality of my lessons. The thing is, I get roughly a third of what my students pay, literally $4 an hour. For some people this may seem like a normal rate, but for this hour I have to find a way to explain a complex topic to a child and prepare all the materials for it. I had no experience before, but now I agreed.
in general, lately these niggas have started to push too hard on all sorts of little things, once they even took away my student.
I have one student now, but I'm afraid of losing him. Should I leave? I'm afraid I won't be able to find students.

Why not just do it for urself instead of the company and go round your local area parents would be prepared to pay more as they buy anything that would benefit there children learning wise
