Why? It can be fixed with surgery, and imo it's not very noticeable irl, at least when I'm with my friends that have NCT I don't even notice it.

pct is noticeable irl and it looks fucking amazing. you cannot have hunter eyes with nct or a neutral tilt and hunter eyes are essential to looking good IMO. its the think that sets apart regular handsome men from gods amongst men.
