serious thread about my narcissism

Since I was young, I started noticing this trait in myself, and now it has turned into a real problem. I always want to be better than others. Even though I used to get attention because of my looks, now when I see someone who is “better” than me, it turns into a race for no reason. And it’s not just about appearance — I want to be better in every aspect.





For example, if my friend fucked 2 girls in a week, then I’ll do everything to fuck 4 girls in a week. And this “competition” shows up in absolutely everything. I’m always trying to get attention and approval from other people and society. For me, this has become a real issue.





If anyone has experienced something similar, tell me how you deal with it.

Because it has reached the point where it has completely clouded my mind I have no thoughts except this. At any moment I can get fixated on upgrading my appearance just to get more attention or respect than someone else, and then I literally can’t concentrate on anything else not even on work or anything important. And it would be fine if it happened once in a while, but this has been happening throughout my whole life.
