(Serious) Will humans all become autistic when gene-editing is possible?

When gene-editing becomes more popular, what will happen when certain parents decide to gene edit their children (atleast parents that want to/can afford to), what will happen? Won't they be maxed out intelligence / health traits. I wonder if parents will decide to change their childs genetic looks.

normies will never allow gene editing because it's like admitting their genes are shit + it doesn't have much point because the children will essentially not be yours, they're also not afraid of perfection they're afraid of their own imperfection, they know that if there's more good looking people that means more competition and they know they won't be able to compete.

only gene filtering i.e taking out the bad ones but still leaving the original good parental genes would be possible, but then again, most people do not have any good genes to begin with so they're still fucked, if the potential isn't there then they can't scrape it out, if your entire lineage has a weak jaw then your child can't suddenly have a good jaw, the genes for it just don't exist in your lineage, they'd have to import those from elsewhere in which case you might as well just let chad fuck your girlfriend because that's essentially what it is.
