My occlusion is fine maybe of by 2 mm but nowhere near bad

I am doing the exact same thing. I’m hoping all the predictions about the facepuller turn out correct.

I am just going to vitamin max. Forsure, Vitamin K2... I am already taking Vitamin D3 atm. I am not going to get it for another couple months so I have time to think about it. I’ve heard of people taking GH peptides as well. Ask Varbrah or some of the dudes on here about that.

vit K2 won't do jackshit.

GH and peptides, on the other hand, will, the best thing for increasing osteoblast/osteoclast activity.
