yea im white. im too inhib to start an actual fight, there are too many variables involved in street fights and im not trained in any way. basically betting my life and my body on variables i cant accurately risk assess. im going to pick up boxing i can stand up for myself it comes to it.

You can take antidepressants which I don’t recommend. Other ways are consistent sleeping habits (going to be and waking up at the same time every day), getting lots of sunlight, balanced and nutrient rich diet, eating lots of sweet potatoes.
