I went from 120kg to 83kg in a year and a half off of softmaxxing alone (I'm 187-188cm)
It was so cooked too, I started at 18 and still somehow got results

cause I can guarantee that just talking to girls on the street is VERY hard

Not tried tinder yet. Bars are easy to pick up women in though. Just stand there, and some girls will come chat to you.
