I went from 120kg to 83kg in a year and a half off of softmaxxing alone (I'm 187-188cm)
It was so cooked too, I started at 18 and still somehow got results

If u don't meet all 3 of these criteria ur better off taking ur chances irl or on insta/snap

cause I can guarantee that just talking to girls on the street is VERY hard

They get 3 matches per month and 3 of them don't reply

Are you on tinder as an ltn? It is genuinely that bad unless you have high quality NT pics and look good
