SERM Alongside an 5α reductase Inhibitor - risk for thrombosis?

So basically I‘m on Dut 0.5mg for 4 months now bcs the Norwood reaper is hunting me.

Because i have a history of Gyno. already had a Gyno Surgery but my shitty plastic surgeon thought he had to leave a little tissue so the nipple doesn‘t invert.
Long Story Short - gyno is recurring and i hate my life bcs hair has improved significantly under dut.

Has someone an advice? I think an AI would be Not ideal

Yes, you can take some ralox now to get rid of the current gyno but youll have to tske something long term anyway
