Sertraline (Antidepressants) side effects?

Im worried my daily 150mg Sertralin will worsen Bone turnover rate (osteoblast and osteoclast activity) . Serotonin may slow down turn over rate which wouldn't be optimal for bone growth, but from what i ve heard, Sertralin isnt going to hurt aspects of height increase etc. and only long term side effects are speculated amongst older ppl.
Also Im OCDcell so please don't wonder I have these weird worries
