I play basketball but I decided to try out track and field couple weeks ago as my school was asking me to enter a contest to represent my county. This was my first time ever trying to do highjump and I placed first, then that weekend I went to intercounty to represent Northumberland. I placed first in that and then went to an event where I was against the whole north of my country. I would say it was pretty successful introduction to the sport and it was the highlight of my week
