I'd try be more adventurous and maybe think about the future less.

Basically if I was 17-18 right now - I'd just live completely on my own terms. No indoctrination, no social pressure. I would just wouldn't repress any part of myself. You'd end up meeting more like minded people.

As 187cm 30+ yo HTN at least I guess every chick is digging me I have a choice between:

I would say go with your gut and only try be serious with a girl you can see a future with.

You can probably have casual sex with any type of hot girl but finding someone you can see yourself with long-term is completely different. So THAT is where your focus should be. Not on sex or anything like that. Screen for character and allow yourself to be patient too. Don't play power games. Don't be guarded or defensive. Allow yourself to be completely yourself.
