Work hard and smart. Make good decisions, learn how to balance enjoyment and variety with long term growth. Lean into your strengths. Specialise in a job, diversify your income and your savings.

Then just relax and enjoy life. Class and IQ are semi fixed. The more you consciously try to "increase them", the more you flounder.

Normiecelling. I have to balance a career, money, practical reality etc. I go to the gym but no steroids, that'd fuck me up.

I'm always going to the gym but I'm never going to look like Jeff Seid. I'm happy when I'm lean and in shape. Doing more sports and non-gym exercise too. I only go to the gym a few times a week max.

Your thoughts on algo trading crypto coins?
I found a strategy that beats DCA, HODL consistently.
The strategy was made using ai, and back tested to 2018 crypto data. Has like a 80+ win rate, high profit as well, with minimal drawdown.
Also seems like Bybit exchange is the best main stream exchange when it comes to allowing algo trading strategies.
