I have a couple questions for you bro. I understand if you do not want to go into them though but I have to try.
you have written high IQ posts on antiaging related stuff. I understand that you want us to learn this shit ourselves. I am educating myself as we speak, but have a couple questions for you now tbh, especially since you said that a couple viewpoints of yours have changed.
1. Your stuff on autophagy/fasting etc sounds incredibly legit, and I think many of us feel benefits on it. However, you do not seem to relate it at all to thyroid function. When I do not eat, especially carbs, I run cold and everything goes to shit. I have a history of hypothyroidism in caloric deficiency. So what is your take on thyroid function?
2. Following this up, is your take on sugar (especially fructose) and carbs in general still the same? I feel like carbs do age me a bit tbh, but no carbs = hypothyroidism = stress hormones, reduced cognitive function and low t etc.
3. norwoodcel checking in so your take on hair is obviously interesting to me as well. do you think hair loss is often times related to loss of MTHFR functioning? or do you think its all about wnt and not about dna methylation at all?
4. following this up, you think @Bewusst protocol is complete dogshit or one ankle of a potential cure?
5. how do you come to the conclusion that samumed will be a legit cure when the trials show like 10% improvement or something?
6. what results have you seen in yourself following your own advice?
7. what viewpoints of yours have changed, generally?
8. whats your chess elo (on chess.com/lichess?!). Srs I watch Hikaru too lol but I suck at chess (1100 elo on chess.com, suifuel tbh)
