Severe Asymmetry

this is my first post on this website. im 15 years old and extremely asymmetric. my left side is decently developed but my right side is terrible. i wasn’t born with this and it started developing around age 12. i workout everyday i eat extremely healthy and i started chewing on my right masseter because the left side of my face is much wider and pronounced. i started sleeping on my opposite side because i slept on the same side my whole life. no one says anything in real life though. i am not seeing any results and if anything it is getting worse. I believe my hips are causing it because my doctor said one of my hips points outwards in the socket. please help im willing to do anything
