Can't eat, can't sleep, feeling extremely nauseous and sometimes want to vomit, can't do anything. Low blood pressure combined with high heart rate. I am worrying about everything for no reason. How could that even happen to me? I have always been thinking that depression is an unrealistic meme, but now I understand that it's a real thing, I can't live normally anymore. It doesnt fade away for a week, I'm going to get a prescription for SSRIs, otherwise I don't have any other solution, I tried a lot and it didn't workout

I have already done bloodwork and my organs are working normally, so the problem can only be in my head

I always used to be an optimist, believed in good and supported my friends in all the situations. I worked hard every day and hardly felt tired.

chronic depression is a clear sign of low body oxygen levels which are caused by hyperventilation. a good way to combat this is through breathing exercises or improving your posture.

I have a tool for measuring this, I'm going to look at it

JUST WATCHED KYRIAKOS GRIZZLY VIDS BECAME MOTIVATED TO WORKOUT, GOING TO THE GYM
But my fucking appetite is gone. It never comes back no matter how motivated I am, I can't eat anything. The depression seems to be deep and severe, since I can't really fight it with my mindset.

There could be something bothering you try to fix that first

if not then start gymmaxxing taking supplements, increasing DHT and going more outside

only one solution

I was going to run a cycle of sarms but no I doubt I should do it in this situation
I already gymmax, but right now although I'm still working out, it has really no benefits, because I hardly eat and during workouts I feel a little nauseous. Still workout out of habit though

If your naturally t was 800 that means you can get back to it after good sleep, nutrition and exercise

So take natural supplements which will get you to 1300 i saw a thread of a user doing it

testosterone doesnt matter right now in my case, I think I have big troubles with serotonin, because my intestinal tract works bad too, and I want to poop a lot, and serotonin is responsible for that
My T could probably drop as a consequence of a low serotonin-induced depression, that's my assumption

u can pm me if you need to talk sometime

Go to the psychiatrist if you think you might be suffering clinical depression or anxiety
