you can't even do Le Forts unless you have medical recession though

it's too risky / complicated for any sane doctor to agree to do it on a normal face

Good morph, the lefort changes seem spot on.

That looks about 3-4mm of lefort movement at most.

The nasal changes brought him the biggest changes.

The forehead changes did nothing, so the forehead implant (if that's even a thing) is useless.
