Severe vitamin D defiency

Have crazy bad vitamin D levels (15nmol/L) (minimum is 50) - could be cus of UK having sunshine every 3 decades but yeah - im 17, relatively decent bone mass but was wondering if taking about 20,000 IU would help increase bone mass or too late?

You have to get sunlight. Supplements don't work. They're reselling irradiated plastic and calling it Vitamin D. Remember even on a cloudy day you're getting red light from the sun.

blood level of vitamin d doesn't matter

stimulating the natural process of sunlight -> vitamin d production is all that matters
