Sex appeal vs good looks

I was walking around the house with only underwear on with my bulge showing and a shirt on with my reddish black hair and tattoos.

Then I sat down and just looked at her and she said “‘mmmm” and I said “what?” And she said, “I don’t know you just are sexual and always give off such sexual energy.”

Is this basically the same thing as I have major sex appeal even though I’m not the best looking man? Maybe this is why girls have asked me out and girls like me. I don’t have the best looks but I have major sex appeal.

Can anyone explain the difference between sex appeal and simply looking good?

But I don’t look like a bad boy. I look very feminine and androgynous. Maybe this is what gives me a “sex appeal” because I give off a slutty porn star tranny look?
