If you’re with a high quality partner, they won’t know how to have sex and therefore your session is going to be boring. The only way to have “good” sex is to do it with someone that has a lot of experience which just makes you feel terrible after.

The only logical solution to this is to either LTR and build your partner up overtime or to remain KHHV forever.
