this is in the form of an argument, because i was debating a somewhat educated foid larping. i decided too post this, because why not.
No, being attractive as a women is literally genetically easier because:
Neoteny -
Juvenile Feminine Features are much more common among all humans, yet they mainly benefit females. As receiving masculine features is much more rare than gaining feminine features, within both genders; this makes it much harder to gain the proper facial structure to be Chad, as opposed to Stacy.
Genetic Rarity -
The features required to be Stacy as opposed to Chad are much more commonly found, especially since most Stacies usually have average-above average features, standing out with their ratios and coloring (usually). And, it's not their bone-mass usually, just as stated prior. Unlike in Chads, who usually have Rare/Striking Features, High Dimorphism/Bonemass, and including said Ratios (Occasionally Coloring). This is also why you'll find more Attractive Females with Unattractive Men than Vice Versa, since it's much more common.
Examples of this are Brooke Shields, Gio Scotti, Yael Shelbia, Taylor Hill, Etc.

The Average Female fogs The Average Male, as stated prior, due to Neoteny & Genetic Rarity. Although this is the case, it is the opposite when it comes to Higher Class Females/Males;

The reason this is the case is because of the pure difference in Strikingness, Dimorphism, and Bonemass Difference between Chad and Stacy. As stated before, Chad is rarer, more striking, and out-scales it's counterpart.
Looksmatching -
As stated prior, High Class Males out-scale their High Class Female Counterparts. This means that the looksmatch of a Goddess would actually be that of a Chad, and so on. As stated in the prior number, showcasing why this is the case.
Physical Gender Differences -
The pure gender differences between Males and Females biologically leads this to be the case, especially when we're talking about High Class Males against High Class Females. Chads will usually exhibit an "All in One" Package; having Frame, Height, and Face. This is not the same case in Females, as they usually exhibit only Face, and the rest is random. The reason this is case is due to the fact as stated prior, it takes much more of a genetic divergence for a Chad to be created, as opposed to a Stacy. This means that such extremely rare traits, then have bi-product of including other aspects; Height, Frame, Denture Health, Strength, Endurance, Mental Stability, Intelligence, and so on.
