SFS best italian surgeons?

I’m going to Italy to consult with Ramieri IRL and will prob go with him to fix SFS.

Wondering if I should consult with any others in Italy (Pagnoni or Raffaini)? I’m ethnic and I heard Raffaini only does women now.

I need a good surgeon specifically for downgraft. Heard Ramieri only does like 4.5 mm down at most not sure if that’s true anymore. Any recs?

Heard he’s the best for SFS so gonna get scans done with him. I could travel anywhere tho realistically I just need surgeons who are blackpilled enough for SFS but not known botchers

Ramieri doesn't do downgraft with Hip donor bone, which is the best practise.

No it isn't, easiest bimax case is long face or steep angle because they just need impaction and the CCW rotation reduces the needed BSSO advancement lmao
