You can still improve but it will almost surely require more stuff like bimax and implants, most chads have rather long than short faces so that should give you some hopium.

Yeah that's why I also mentioned implants, most narrow faces just lack the bone mass, they definitely require more work tbh. I saw narrow faces improving more from implants rather than bimax but if you need jaw surgery or not it depends by your maxilla, not everyone with narrow faces has a shit one
