SFS is the worst deformity for someone who’s not retarded

There’s no reason I should be deformed, I grew up eating healthy food and have suffered through a lot. Why did God have to make me have something that I can’t fix unless I get 40k?

This is so unfair, other people have facial deformities but they are at least retarded and belong in an asylum i have a normal brain…

True but forward growth doesn't necessarily mean your face will lengthen. Although yes sfs people usually lack sagittal growth too (usually the maxilla is too short vertically and sagittally so the mandible has to tuck itself in)
