You can barely see my top teeth when I smile or talk. Is this “Short Face Syndrome”? And can this only be fixed with bi max or le fort 1?

Hella recessed maxilla, yes considered surgery
 
You definitely show some signs of it, it doesn't seem severe but not out of the question

I'm assuming you have a deep bite (where your top teeth overlap your bottom teeth by some degree?)

Honestly can range between a couple gs can’t give you exact number but not cheap, obviously go to higher end places so you don’t get botched, (mark as solution🫣)
 
yes i do have a very deep bite and ive already been through invisalign.

Can you send pictures of you biting down. For me I also look normal when I relax my jaw. But when I clench my maxilla looks a bit short. Also habe no tooth show when talking
