just do maintenance, eat good food, gym/workout and sleep right that will get you leaner(will take longer tho) while also boosting your hormones. i also recommend looking into improving other aspects of your life to increase hormones but there are a millions guides out there on it so i wont go into to detail

Go for it, but just don't go overboard. Otherwise you end up a stick like me and stunt your growth (I actually answered a question seriously for once).

u too young to cut, probably haven't built enough muscle at 15 to cut anything, just eat maintenance high protein diet
