Shampoo/conditioner recommendations

I am 16 and mildly thinning/receding at the temples, this seems to be a recent thing. I have been using Pantene for a long time and never thought about my shampoo/conditioner very much but apparently it's pretty processed/harsh and I would like to try switching it up to see what happens. Anyone have good recs for shampoo and conditioner that can be bought at the avg walmart/target/drugstore?

i know it doesn't grow hair, i'm just trying to make sure i'm not damaging my hair with the products i use. also going to take vitamins and get my sleep right since i have bad diet and sleep schedule

get enough protein, use sulfate free shampoo. If you have flaking of scalp use nizoral. You can use rosemary oil for 3-6 months to keep ur hair healthy naturally
