Shampoo for my hair type

My skin is really dry and normal shampoo makes my hair flat and my skin even more dry my hair is also really thick and grows fast

any natural shampoo you guys could advice?

Type 1C or 2A
shampoo x3 a week, and do you have a shower filter? maybe your water is full of heavy metals and minerals that dry out your scalp.
And for shampoo i would go for petal fresh (volumizing) or as i am if your hair is really dry. you can also buy a lightweight oil like almond, jojoba or argan oil and apply a few drops to your scalp and massage it, then wash it out.

and if your hair is still very dry, you can deep condition it x1 a week

I use Nook shampoo's idk if u can find those in ur country,definetly worth looking for it

i buy mine at my local pharmacy with natural ingredients for every day use
