Shampoo is bad for my hair

It makes my hair ugly and then i have to Wait like 3 days for my hair to get pretty again

Yeah. My hair is very oily, but when I use shampoo, it gets very puffy and volumous.

When it's dirty, it's easier to comb and manage.

Yeah some ppl can only use shampoo for a few days. Anyways u should let ur hair produce it's natural oils but at one point it becomes oily and weird so u have to use shampoo to maintain it

Shampoo once a week, condition everyday.
Works for me at least.

I haven't used shampoo for about 2 years and my hair has never been any healthier
