Shampoo Question

I was gifted this nice shampoo with castor oil and vitamin b6 and b7 in it to like strengthen hair or whatever, is it legit?
I've been on no shampoo for awhile now and it has been a huge looksmax on my hair but this shampoo seems pretty nice, what's your opinion?

did it once and felt so nasty i literally shampooed my hair 4 times

never again
even coconut oil feels like siht but at least it gives good results
