Shampoo recommend please

I have straight fuckass hair but when I stop washing it my prescribed soap which I don’t need, and only wash it with water it gets much wavier and curlier, everyone in my family has wavy hair, but when I go 2 weeks without soap it smells like ass and gets dandruffs. Need soap that clears my scalp without affecting my curls please

dont listen to retards like this with based bodyworks tiktok info, sulphates dont matter, you just need to get a professional level shampoo that matches your hair type and will keep your hair clean for as long as possible, you should wash your hair when your scalp is dirty, not some fixed schedule that you must obide by. heres a good channel i found that will explain everything in perfect detail, just try to watch vids from 1 year ago + because he shills his own products nowadays

its because your shampoo doesnt clean your hair properly. it depends how many days u can go with no shampoo but with a good product should be minimum 3 days and like around a week should be your limit, you just need to wash your scalp when its greasy/dirty, not on some fixed schedule.

i read your post again, and yeah dude shampoo doesnt do anything to your hair it only cleans your scalp, conditioner gives your hair moisture, leave in conditioner locks in the moisture and things like hair oil reduce frizz but if you have fine-medium hair u wanna use a super light oil or your hair will look greasy. thats my hair type and i use olaplex bonding oil its insane

no nigga, i just said with a proper shampoo, its not about thickness. its about your hair strands. but judging from the info you gave you have medium hair. for your hair type i recommend redken volume injection shampoo and contitioner, olaplex leave in conditioner and olaplex bonding oil. you only use oil on dry hair when it gets frizzy, so lets say u washed your hair yesterday, and u wake up and ur hair is somewhat frizzy, you put a tiny bit on your hand, rub your hands so the oil is even and run it through the ends and mids of your hair and it will get rid of the frizz
