how often do u guys shampoo w straight hair personally i do it two times a week

Ideally you should shampoo only on days your hair gets greasy.
That is, go a few days without shampooing.
If your hair gets greasy on the second day, then shampoo every two days.
If it gets greasy on the 5th day, then shampoo once a week.
So on and so forth.
The thing is over-shampooing can dry out your hair and make it look flat and lifeless.
