If it's not for religious reasons you should try it immediately. It's not 'strong' like it's gamey but it has a really deep savory taste you don't taste from much else other than maybe some game meats or lamb. In my opinion it's impossible to hate. Easily my favorite meat, whether it's ground beef, brisket, ribs or steak
