well add that, also anything else that you eat daily which yields great results
I mean any raw animal products are good. Raw dairy is delicious. The only problem is that high protein low fat isn't ideal imo.

Ah man what I tough one !!! Imagine if we had like.... hm.. I don't know... Like kind of an access to ALL the macronutrients of EVERY FOOD and perhaps - and that might sounds a little crazy - perhaps make our own diets based on what we prefer in terms of food and macros.....

I'm getting ahead of myself such thing is only possible in dreams.

Only protein I get is from my mom's roti and fish/chicken curry for dinner. Other than that I just eat goy slop all day long :feelswhy:

Im legit hitting more than 500g carbs but for some reason im just not building the muscle i thought i would

Breakfast: 8 cereal bars
I eat 4 chip burgers (no beef) with 500g of fries for lunch and for dinner I eat 600g of chow mein (noodles and vegetables only)

Daily macros:
Carbs: 800g
Protein: 25g
Fat: 60g

Im legit hitting more than 500g carbs but for some reason im just not building the muscle i thought i would
surplus, proper training, sleep, drugs, time.

Nothing I usually skip breakfast bc I'm not hungry in the morning. And tbh its more optimal for your stomach.

Yeah I have like 100 grams of protein and less then 12g of fat for lunch then pre workout its just carbs and post workout same thing as lunch

just in short which drugs would you recommend? cus sleep and training seems to be on point
Nutrition is #1. If you don't have that on point your results both natty and enhanced will be shit.

i just carb load pre gym with cream of rice. then have a protien shake after then i’ll just have whatever my mum cooks or if im at college ill premake something like tuna pasta and have that for lunch

depends if i’m cutting or not tbh. A day on the cut would be morning cream of rice then gym. then have some sort of protein normally just a shake cos it’s easy then go college have some pasta/rice with some sort of meat then come home and have whatever my mum makes which is normally some form of carb and protein because she supports the cut 🥰

Shoot for 1.5g per lbs quality protein on roids IMO. 1g gives lackluster results in my and others experience.

Currently:
4000 calories
300/500/89 p/c/f

chicken , tuna , protein shake , low fat cheese , low fat yoghurt all great options for cutting while getting minimal calories i recommend a table spoon of olive oil a day though to get enough fat or butter/cheese just enough to hit ur daily amount for hormones and skin
