Share your High Protein low fat diet

Around 275-300g in total.

Shoot for 1.5g per lbs quality protein on roids IMO. 1g gives lackluster results in my and others experience.

Currently:
4000 calories
300/500/89 p/c/f
1g Test
Goddam bro, your an absolute unit

and your above 6ft am i right?
 
chicken , tuna , protein shake , low fat cheese , low fat yoghurt all great options for cutting while getting minimal calories i recommend a table spoon of olive oil a day though to get enough fat or butter/cheese just enough to hit ur daily amount for hormones and skin

Only protein I get is from my mom's roti and fish/chicken curry for dinner. Other than that I just eat goy slop all day long :feelswhy:

is it really worth to run 1g of plain test ? Aren't you aiming to run something along with it

Everything else is complete dogshit. The only other roid worth running aside from Test is Tren, and that’s only really beneficial in a cut. I run GH alongside Test.

Why do you need fuel if you already have enough energy
because gluconeogeneisis from protein/fats aren't ideal for working out lol carbs are king for building muscle

Nothing to research. I’ve used multiple roids. The ones you mentioned are completely worthless. Test Tren GH are the only things worth anyone’s time.

thoughts on sustanon + var(just for kickstarting) + somatropin cycle for a leaner bulk and adding shoulder muscles focusing on hypetrophy

Missing entire downstream of hormonal profile brought about by supraphysiological doses if you don't minimum use a test base.

You can't expect things to work "as well" with a synthetic alternative of the primary sex hormone the body is too interconnected

Testosterone >>> DHT
Testosterone >>> Estradiol
Testosterone >> Androstenedione
Testosterone >> Estrone (E1)
Testosterone >> Etiocholanolon
Testosterone >> Epiandrosterone and Androsterone

Whereas something like Nandrolone (deca,) which is more anabolic, less androgenic, good for bones, joints, less "roid rage"

Downstream

Nan >> dihydronandrolone
Nan >> 19-noretiocolanolone
Nan >> 19-norandrosterone
few other things idc

There aren't any longterm studies on the downstream derivatives of synthetic androgens that even come close to the amount we have on natural sex hormone testosterone which makes it safest and most realistic steroid

I would figure out what you want, and the best AAS to accomplish it but always stick with test base. There are few unique ones that serve specific purpose like low dose anavar for height velocity in puberty or tren for nutrient partitioning during cut not including the 5-7x potency over natural test but longterm, test good

Eggs, Shrimp, tuna, minced beef, minced chicken, chicken liver, chicken breast,white rice, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, berries, citrus, Kiwi, bananas, honey, oats, dark chocolate sometimes, Greek yogurt
(This costs a lot of money so I rarely follow it 100%)
