should i just get retinol instead of tretinoin? that stuff seems to destroy fat pads

Idk how it works with losing fat pads but wasn't that study for oral? I pretty much have no pads anyway way so i wasn't worried. But to my understanding retinol takes an extra step but produces the same stuff just less of it, and strength of tretionin has be shown not to change the efficacy just the length of time it takes to produce results so it might be fine. But better to do ur own research could be wrong

Do I need to use some other stuff along with retinol?

Season 5 Whatever GIF by Paramount+

Idk but maybe you can start using other products along side retinoil since it's less harsh on the skin unlike tretionin where you're supposed to adjust first

Good idea. I'll start doing that. Do you think showers work too? Or is that just bluepill cope?

on a real note, i use just water but make sure your shower head has a filter on it to make sure the water is soft and not hard:feelsokman:

I like taking baths. All the dead skin just comes off and I'm resting in a tub mixed with dead skin cells everywhere. I then rise up purified.

Sunscreen every 2 hours, 10 hours of sleep/day, and 1 gal of water daily.

3 hours of cardio weekly too, and I have beets 3x weekly for blood flow
