Private content, sir. Obviously, ideally you'd want to have an anteface but as we all known, chads are born, they are not made. Recessed subhumans need 25-30mm advancements and there's only few surgeons that are willing to perform such movements. They are rather risky since there's a big chance for nerve damage and other complications.

You are talking about upper jaw movement and you posted fellas with recessed lowers.

10mm lower != 10mm upper

10mm upper jaw is MASSIVE; your face goes from 3D to 4D with a movement that big. Your maxilla has to be literally this to get a whooping 10mm upper jaw movement.

Unless your ideal aesthetic goal is this

Still looks like shit. If she did it for functional benefits (help with breathing) then I guess it was worth it but for aesthetic result that was a waste of money.
