Imagine losing your pilot’s license during a rough patch, and later, a prejudiced department makes sure it stays revoked.
I knew a guy who went through a separation with his wife. They were both dealing with a financial crisis at the time. Not only that, but both were having affairs. Though his irresponsible nature was mostly due to addictive drugs, doctors aided him. That lifestyle led to questionable places like hookers, strippers, and hanging out with other fuck ups. She, on the other hand, had a thing with a colleague and enjoyed lesbian acquaintances.
Respecting his anonymity, I will name him Benjamin.
One late night, Big Ben gets into his plane and taxis to the landing strip. While arguing with his spouse on the phone, he didn’t pay attention and gently tapped his plane into another piloted by an intoxicated cop under suspension. The airport called the local police.
While waiting, the suspended cop told Benny to chew gum as he chewed his. But he had no reason to do so. He wasn’t intoxicated on alcohol, unlike that cop.
When the police arrived, they knew the suspended cop quite well. During a private conversation away from my buddy, he suggested Benny was intoxicated.
Long story short, instead of questioning their friend’s intoxicated state, they pressured Big Ben. He took the preliminary breath test and passed. But he stumbled during the divided attention check. Ugh, those pills unbalanced him. He went to jail, and his license was suspended for a year.
A month later, Ben went to the review board to request an emergency permit. He needed that privilege because he was about to start a business that required flying. He had invested all of his money in it. However, ugh, those pills made him say strange, paranoid things to the racist hearing officer. He should have had a lawyer present at the time, not gonna lie. But the good ol’ corrupted state protects its own when it comes to violating a person’s rights. You know, like the cops did that night, protecting their own and arresting Benny instead.
At the end of the interview, the black bigot told Ben that he shouldn’t be flying and denied his request.
Several weeks later, my buddy’s wife got a letter from the pilot department addressed to Benjamin. The letter requested a doctor’s approval for his flying and any records from private hospitals. At the time, he could have provided that information and had several doctors approve his flying ability. However, she opened his mail and hid the letter from him. The department had given him 90 days to respond, or his license would be revoked indefinitely.
Four months later, he had kicked his addiction and returned to his family to fix things. But she wanted it to stay broke. She told him to get the fuck out and never come back again. She also gave him the open letter along with a devious grin on her face. The time had expired. His license was revoked.
Flying in the sky and his family were his life. After losing everything, he went wacky jacky and disconnected from everyone. Throughout the years, he tried to get his permit reinstated. But that bigot officer had recruited an army of them. They had taken over the entire review department. Their primary goal was to get whitey out of the sky and replace him with Jamals, trannies, and women. And after Trump took the presidency in 2016, that enraged them even more. Benny called them with desperate pleas, begging for his privilege numerous times. They laughed and told him too bad, whitey. They insisted he had to provide documents that didn’t exist. And without them, the license can never be reinstated.
I told him to get a lawyer. And he tried. But the ones allowed to practice law in that corrupted state wouldn’t take the case. The pilot review department works alongside Homeland Security, and those people all hate whitey with a passion. Ah, yes, abusing their government privilege with their racist, malevolent souls. I do wonder how many lives they have destroyed because of this political racial nonsense?
