After I went to sit on my bed to scroll a little before going to sleep, there appeared a sharp pain (like some long thing hurts) left to my penis above balls). It would hurt mildly occasionally if I sat and stood in good positions but it sould hurt a lot ig I lad down or stretched a certain way. I couldn't lay to sleep so I had to pull an all nighter because of it. It has lasted for maybe ~4 hours and it has stopped now. Soes anybody know what this is? I am constipated currently if that is relevant and I did jerk off ~1.5h before that. I can still feel the sensation in those weird positions but without pain.

Might be problems with prostate. It can be very uncomfortable, sometimes feeling like a pain in your balls, groin or any. Might be a simple spasm there.

definitely go get it checked out as you may lose a ball in not even an hour if blood doesn’t circulate anymore

ive never gone to a doctor ever for anything other than stitches and to larp cholesterol issues for bloodwork.
Healthcare is free where i live, but im too lazy to do it.
