Shave it. Don't consider facial hair until you finish developing, try minoxidil + dermarolling and maximize your testosterone levels. It is too thin and sparse, making you look like a pre-pubescent kid.

Regardless, you look young, sub-20 I assume, having facial hair is almost never flattering on anyone your age. (That's mainly because most can't even grow good facial hair at that age, but even in those that do, it makes you look significantly older which is something you very rarely want unless you're trying to appeal to more mature women)

Yes, 16 almost 17 will shave it bro. Hopefully nose doesnt show that much more of a difference thanks.
