Why would anyone do this? I saw a video saying that dude Timothy haireth. The fat guy who was like bald on tt, some guy said full facial implants woild be bad and that shaving zygo woild be better. I mean I dont get it

Facemetrics was spot on about Timothy’s Zygos he already had pretty decent projection and anymore might look uncanny (Melhelm Medical) is an example of a bad case of this.

Although he would still benefit from bimax his arguement that because he doesn’t have visible recession from the side profile wasn’t good because It doesn’t matter, the Bimax will benefit anybody in terms of forward projection and midface support even if your just average unless you have like Prognathism.

Honestly I wouldn’t get any cheek/zygo implants if i were him and just focus on jaw angle and Bimax since the Lefort 1 will provide undereye/midface support that would make further zygo implants uncessary imo.
