It seems that my upper lip and philtrum have become even more upwards curved.

And to think that my philtrum started off completely flat, back in October 2018...


Mewing seems to do a good job for the alveolar process at the very least.


But at the moment I invest greater faith in my temporalis to improve the major parts of my cephaloskeletal structure.
