Shaving Chin Bone... is it Possible?

One side of my chin is slightly asymmetrical which doesn’t look terrible from the front but it makes my side profile look a little off.

I could pretty easily correct this with fillers or a custom implant but my chin is already ideal height & width so I think these may mess up my ratios.

Anyways, is there a way to shave/cut bone like in a genioplasty without advancing it?

use knife to cut use bone saw to cut chin use needle and thread to sew

If its only visible from the side I wouldnt bother with it

I think shaving exists but its for asian foids...
