Just go to a barber shop, back in the old days before safety razors appeared most men shaved at a barber, it was also a place for socializing, reading newspapers and magazines, discussing the news with other men, etc., in some countries like India, barbershops are still popular gathering spots.

stubble and beard are fine, but i sometimes prefer the clean-shaven look

I have bottom 5th percentile facial hair genetics, so i can afford to not shave for weeks on end, without even growing proper stubble.
