When I shave my stubble hair right above my lip (mustache area) it always bleeds for awhile and idk what else to do. I’ve bought an alum block which didn’t rlly work I always use cold water and an ice cube and it still doesn’t rlly stop. Does anyone know what to do

Do you only do atg? I have never seen anyone only do atg, usually wtg then xtg twice and some people do all 4 passes. Also what blades are you using? Cheapass blades are bound to cut you, some good blades I've used w good price/quality: Astra greens, Gillette Nacet, Gillette 7 o clock (both of them). And more expensive good blades: Feather and Sölingen. Don't use stuff like Shark's or other super cheap ones. Also if you haven't been using a safety razor for long you'll keep getting cut for 2-3 weeks till you develop the "skill"/motor control.
