so my ex gf, Jess, I knew she liked my best friend, Alex. she would just never ever admit it, I knew it tho, the way she looks at him the same way she looked at me when she loved me, the way she laughs and smiles when he's there, the way she seems comfortable. I don't know what to do, its so hard to hear from the girl I once adored. the girl I once would be my wife one day, is now just a stranger in my eyes. she didn't do anything wrong, you cant help who you love, but she has hurt me to a point beyond repair. she told me she still loves me, but how? she likes my best friend. she promised me when we broke up, that she'd love me forever, that she'd wait for us to get together again, that it would be us. but it isn't, is it?
