I think what you need is something happening in your life, i think the beauty of life comes with gifts good and bad that can change everything.

Maybe instead of living in a mess of reality, understand why you are the way you are and make change. The simplest things are so much harder to illustrate when you aren't in the right mind of things.

Example, bed rot, skip showers, don't eat.
How do you fix this rotation of things?
Get out of bed, shower, eat.
Now it might not seem to amazing to understand, but with social isolation comes socializing consequences, you put it off more.

With suicidal ideation, you worship this idea of dying, but in reality you are just trying to find a way to make a decision you haven't yet found out yourself. So you chose suicide as a way to change this life you have when in reality it's you that can make change. You want a snap of the finger answer, when life is about living it out.
