No, you are fasting to loose weight.
Confusing because she talks about 3 different fasts. It seems likely she fasted for 41 days on the first fast. Entirely unclear how many days of fasting beyond that.
People that do long fasts to loose weight almost always don't exercise enough and loose a lot of muscle mass and bone density. She will probably have sarcopenia and osteoporosis in her 50s or 60s.

The longest ive ever done is 14 days straight only water zero food. I actually did this twice two seperate times. Both occasions on the night I broke the fast I had sleep paralysis where I was awake and saw a black cloud come thru my wall and hover over me for 7 seconds before disspearing thru the opposite wall
